The astronomical prices provide the extra kick. For the cheapest sneaker, a payment of 2.31 WETH, the equivalent of $6,650.58 (as of 25.04.2022, 17:25), is due. This means people who want to go to the Metaverse and wear exclusive sneakers will have to dig deep into their pockets, at least for the Nike shoes.
